What You will Do:
· Responsible for overall performance across multiple geographic operating centers and utility customers. Deliver safe, productive, and quality services that exceed industry standards
· Lead an experienced team of field managers, supervisors, and general foreman
· Work directly with Vice President to deliver client focused solutions
· Oversight of all aspects of utility tree care operations and delivering strong financial performance
· Ensure timely and accurate administrations for projects such as forecasting, work scheduling, invoicing, work in progress
· Responsible for implementing the company’s Safety and Loss Prevention Program
· Promote a culture of safety through establishing accountability for employee development, adherence to company policies and procedures, and effective use of leading indicator incident prevention tools

What We are Seeking:
· A professional with strong organizational skills and who can prioritize and execute company priorities
· Experience leading regional teams and able to foster a positive work environment that supports organizational success
· Demonstrated experience in growing business and managing financial performance
· Minimum 10 years of operational experience in the utility line clearance and/or vegetation management industry. Candidate must have demonstrated understanding of utility business operations and client expectations
· Thorough understanding of industry standards, such as CPUC, ANSI, OSHA, and utility line clearance standards
· Desire to grow your career, team members, and our business
· Required: valid driver’s license
· Preferred: ISA Certified Arborist® Utility Specialist, and/or TCIA Certified Tree Care Safety Professional®
