Reports to: VP of Business Development
Status: Regular Full Time, Exempt
Position OverviewThe Marketing Manager at Love & Company develops, implements, and optimizes the agency’s marketing activities to align with our growth strategy and go-to-market positioning. Key responsibilities of this role include developing and implementing plans for marketing campaigns, coordinating creative and strategic resources to produce content, and proofing deliverables. This person will also be responsible for maintaining our HubSpot CRM, including managing workflows, maintaining deals, and supporting ongoing maintenance of our contact database.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Manage Love & Company’s participation in senior living conferences, managing logistics and maximizing our investment to influence our sales pipeline
  • Support the timely development of new business proposals and pitches, including coordinating communications and workflows, and providing resources from the proposal and pitch library
  • Support the development of annual marketing plans, calendars, and budgets
  • Project manage the ongoing marketing content calendar and coordinate the activities of the team supporting the program to execute campaigns on time and on budget
  • Manage ongoing social media postings on Love & Company’s behalf
  • Manage HubSpot: Implement email workflows and email content for prospect and customer marketing communications, maintain deals and support ongoing maintenance of our contact database
  • Compile, analyze and report the results of marketing activities to the VP of Business Development and other key stakeholders, then optimize marketing activities based on the analysis
  • Manage the development and use of a robust proposal and pitch resource library
  • Support the completion of periodic proprietary research projects
  • Proof deliverables for quality and for alignment with brand standards
QualificationsThe individual should have the following experience and capabilities:
  • 3 years’ experience managing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, calendars, workflows, and projects
  • Agency experience preferred
  • Project management experience and time-management skills for juggling numerous time-sensitive projects simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate a clear direction for campaign/communication strategy when working with various internal and external stakeholders on assigned deliverables
  • Content writing (social media, blogs, emails) experience preferred
  • Professional and proactive work ethic
  • Experience facilitating industry conferences and other events (either first-party or third-party)
  • Thorough knowledge of relevant B2B marketing channels (e.g., email, social media, events, print, digital advertising, etc.)
  • Experience using HubSpot or similar CRMs to maintain sales pipelines, manage and segment marketing audiences, and nurture leads
  • General knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) preferred
  • Competency with Microsoft Office programs
