Onin Staffing is Hiring a Part Time - Accounts Payable Clerk Near Fort Worth, TX
We are hiring a who is looking for an in environment! This will be for one of our best clients in the Fort Worth area for a Concrete Company!
Job Summary:
As an Accounts Payable you will play a crucial role in managing the financial operation. Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, maintain financial records, and assist in the preparation of financial statements.
What you'll do as: Part Time Accounts Payable Clerk
- Processing invoices and expense reports
- Verifying accuracy of invoices
- Reconciling vendor statements
- Preparing payment runs
- Use Sage software
Shift : 3 days a week 8am - 5pm (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday)
Pay: $17.00
Work ExperienceQualifications:
The preferred candidate might:
- 1-2 years of accounts payable experience
- 1 - 2 years of entering invoices.
- Proficiency in Sage and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
