SummaryOversees all aspects of program support within Cape Fear Valley Health Foundation to include identifying, securing, and coordinating the distribution of Foundation resources for patient and employee support. Also oversees the processing of weekly payables and all aspects of Financial Edge software. Provides support for Raiser’s Edge as needed.
Knowledge, Skills, And AbilitiesEducation and Formal Training:Associate degree in business, marketing, public relations, or similar field required. A minimum of four years of relevant work experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
Valid NCDL required.
Work ExperienceThree years related experience required. Experience in working with relational databases required, directly related experience with Blackbaud donor data systems preferred. Experience in Bookkeeping, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs or related software
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously is required
- Excellent communication and organization skills required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team required
- Sitting, standing, and walking most of the day
- Operating a motor vehicle as part of job responsibilities
- Local travel as needed
