Description:

We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to assist the project team with every aspect of the project, from bidding phase, to running the project and closing out the project. Depending on the size and complexity of the project the APM may also take the lead on the project.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Administer and track submittals, RFIs, issue logs and other project management tools.
• Write, distribute meeting minutes OAC/Subcontractor meetings.
• Create and process change orders (Owners and Subs) after reviewing with PM.
• Ensure subcontractor submittals are in compliance with contract documents and subcontract agreement.
• Assist the project team in all aspects of construction administration and coordination.
• Ensures and confirms trade SOW are clear and accurate.
• Prepare documents for regular project team meetings.
• Oversee project close-out to ensure all obligations to client are delivered in a timely manner.
• Maintain organized project files in company network.
• Assist in the estimating and prep of the bid docs
