Hot N Juicy Crawfish welcomes applications to join our corporate team as a Marketing Coordinator at our Virginia corporate office.

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive traffic.
• Create and coordinate eye-catching digital and print marketing content.
• Track and monitor marketing budgets, identifying variances on a monthly basis.
• Analyze and identify underperforming ad campaigns and recommend changes.
• Manage customer response across all platforms, including monitoring and responding to messages, comments, and tags.
• Collect and analyze marketing data, monitor marketing trends, and communicate with vendors, clients, and customers.
• Thrive in a collaborative environment while also comfortable working independently.

Content Marketing:

• Develop and manage content calendars
• Create posts, website content, or marketing campaigns
• Work with writers or videographers to create content

SEO/SEM:

• Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines
• Manage and analyze paid search campaigns

Social Media Management:

• Manage and grow brand communities across social media platforms
• Develop and implement social media engagement strategies
• Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and adapting strategies accordingly

Creative Skills:

• Proficient in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) for creating social media graphics or other marketing materials
• Ability to edit and proofread marketing copy

Qualifications:

• Expertise with online social media marketing ad campaigns
• Comprehension of marketing initiatives
• Excellent language, spelling, writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Knowledge of photo editing and graphic design
• Basic photography and staging knowledge
• Offer creative, lively, and advanced strategies about ad campaigns and marketing
• Able to work 45 hours per week
