Position Summary:
Responsible for new Business Acquisition with a focus on bringing new business customers to the Bank through a variety of activities: direct calling, participation in various local organizations, attending networking events, generating referrals from existing customers and local centers of influence, and cross selling exiting customers. Prospective clients will be self-sourced. The BDO creates sales opportunities and collaborates/partners with Lending, Retail, and Cash Management team members to cross-sell appropriate business products and services that meet the client’s needs.
Position Goals
Referral goals will include deposit growth comprising a mix of non-interest bearing and interest-bearing deposits. Referral goal for new loan production will include a focus on new C&I relationships for the bank.
