Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Scheduler to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating patient appointments and ensuring efficient scheduling within a medical office setting. There are no nights, no weekends and no holidays
Duties:
- Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure proper scheduling of office visits and tests
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries related to appointment scheduling
- Maintain electronic medical records using e- Clinical Works
- Collaborate with medical receptionists to provide excellent patient service
Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in using phone systems and electronic health records for appointment scheduling
- Experience as a Medical Scheduler or Medical Receptionist preferred
- Familiarity with eClinicalWorks a plus
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple appointments accurately
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced medical environment patients
