The Florida Veterinary Referral Center (FVRC) in Estero, FL is hiring a full- time Customer Service Representative to join our outstanding team!

FVRC is a fast-paced specialty/emergency hospital that is continuing to grow. We are in the process of expanding our CSR team to meet the needs of our community - come and grow your career in vet med with us. No overnight CSR Shifts. We have a variety of shifts available on weekdays and weekends.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills
Have a commitment to continuing to advance your client service skills
Possess strong organizational skills with near impeccable attention to detail
An ability to engage in active problem solving vs problem identification.
At least 1-2 year experience working in an a Specialty/ER, a traditional ER and/or a large high-volume day practice
Organized and comfortable with new technologies
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities of a CSR:
Work closely with the medical staff facilitating exceptional communication.
Be the first point of contact for our clients establishing the excellent client care that is present throughout the hospital
Manage a high call volume and mutli-phone line system
Process payments, refunds and cash handeling
Appropriately record information and maintain medical records
Maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced enviroment
Embrace the practice's core values, standards of care, mission statement and practice philosophy
