As a Machine Operator (also known as Equipment Technician, Production Machine Operator), you'll be responsible for setting up and operating machines to produce quality parts. You'll maintain tolerance, dimensions, concentricity, and surface finishes as specified on drawings and/or the sales order. Your duties will also include selecting proper tools, working from drawings, using micrometers and other measuring instruments, inspecting parts, making minor adjustments to machine computer and/or tooling setup, and keeping your work area clean and orderly.
