About us
Care at Heart Home Health Services is a certified home health agency serving El Paso and the surrounding areas. We provide full-time, part-time and intermittent health care as well as support services. our services include:
- Home Health Aides
- Home health liaisons to ensure smooth transitions
- Skilled Nursing services
- Occupational therapy
- Physical therapy
- Speech-language therapy
Community Liaison will help Care at Heart HHS TO:
- Build a network and pipeline of prospective referral sources and partnership for CHHHS.
- Perform prospective visits to physicians offices, hospitals, assisted living and skilled nursing facilities to educate and inform on CHHHS services
- Attend community networking events to create additional business relationships for CHHHS
- Keep abreast of trends in the industry and identify new opportunities for CHHHS
- Prepare presentation using CHHHS marketing materials
- Talk with prospects and families about their needs and discuss options that CHHHS offers
- Work with third party payors to determine claim eligibility.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Experience:
