Job Summary:

The Human Resources Assistant will work directly with the Genaral Manager and other members of the team to ensure that all employees are well-informed and are aware of their rights and responsibilities. This position will also assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, as well as assisting in the development of employee handbooks, training materials, and other employee records.

Essential Duties:

• Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
• Assist with the onboarding process for existing employees.
• Assist with the maintenance of employee records, including but not limited to updating employee files in HRIS, payroll, etc.
• Assist with the recording of employee data into HRIS.
• Assist with the updating of employee files in HRIS, payroll, etc.
• Assist with the maintenance of employee records, including but not limited to updating employee files in HRIS, payroll, etc.
• Assist with the updating of employee files in HRIS, payroll, etc.
• Assist with the updating of job descriptions and job descriptions for new hires.
• Assist with the updating of job descriptions for existing employees.
• Assist with the updating of job descriptions for new hires.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent level education or training; or a combination of education and experience that provides sufficient knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the position. Candidates must also possess or be able to obtain a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation as required by company policy. Experience working within an office setting preferred.'

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $32.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday
