Job Summary:
The Human Resources Assistant will work directly with the Genaral Manager and other members of the team to ensure that all employees are well-informed and are aware of their rights and responsibilities. This position will also assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, as well as assisting in the development of employee handbooks, training materials, and other employee records.
Essential Duties:
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent level education or training; or a combination of education and experience that provides sufficient knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the position. Candidates must also possess or be able to obtain a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation as required by company policy. Experience working within an office setting preferred.'
