Job Description: As a Full-Time Administrative Clerk at Hyundai of El Cajon, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations. Your primary responsibilities will include handling administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth communication within the dealership. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for efficiency, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
  • Manage and organize dealership records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of documents and reports.
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Greet and assist customers and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Support the finance and accounting team with data entry and invoice processing.
  • Assist with inventory management and maintaining accurate stock records.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an administrative clerk or in a similar role.
  • Previous experience with payables and inventory management is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional and courteous demeanor.
