About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for its Employee Performance Group. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of the company's commitment to creating a culture of belongingness, with a strong emphasis on diversity and inclusion. This role is pivotal in leading the Employee Client Services team to develop tailored solutions, enhance customer experiences, and drive growth. The Vice President will also be responsible for guiding proposal development, innovating new solutions, and acting as a subject matter expert in the employee market. Collaboration across various business units is essential, as is the ability to recruit, train, and coach associates, and to lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies for the Employee Practice.Candidates must possess proven leadership skills, strong communication and presentation abilities, and a strategic vision coupled with a hands-on approach to achieving goals. The role requires a candidate with a BA/BS degree, at least ten years of business and team leadership experience, and a deep understanding of the employee market. The Vice President will be expected to drive change within the organization to meet customer needs, manage the department's P&L, and contribute to the company's corporate strategies as a key member of the strategic planning and resource teams. The ability to attract, retain, and develop top talent, as well as a strong grasp of P&L management to drive profitability, are also essential for this position.
