Job Description:
A Salesforce Business Analyst plays a critical role in improving business processes and efficiency within Salesforce. They collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze requirements related to business challenges. Their goal is to produce data-driven solutions that enhance the organization’s use of Salesforce.
Day to Day:
- Communicate between stakeholders and IT team
- Interview stakeholders, research related information, and observe teams
- Build and develop project road maps for the internal MarTech project
- Create clear and concise documentation of information they receive
- Use data insights to identify optimal solutions for achieving desired outcomes
