Job DetailsResponsibilities
- Lead audit engagements for clients in diverse sectors including non-profits, construction, manufacturing, professional services, and real estate.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing customized audit services and solutions.
- For manager level, supervise, mentor, and develop a team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Work collaboratively with different departments to refine audit methodologies and processes.
- Analyze financial statements and reports, identifying risks and offering insightful recommendations.
- Keep abreast of industry standards, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and high-quality service.
- Engage in business development efforts to expand the firm's reach and enhance its portfolio of services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field, with CPA certification mandatory.
- At least 2 years of experience in auditing for senior and 5 years for Manager level
- Expertise in managing audits across various industries such as non-profits, construction, manufacturing, professional services, real estate, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.
- Proficient in using auditing software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Single Audit is a plus but not a necessity.
- Proven multitasking skills, able to manage several projects simultaneously and adhere to deadlines.
