We are looking for motivated, hardworking, and passionate Bartenders with incredibly high standards, to join the Elia Groupteam this holiday season.

We are opening our beautiful seasonal location, Cadillac Lodge, right in the heart of Downtown Detroit in Campus Martius.

The Elia Group consists of big name restaurants throughout Downtown Detroit such as Zuzu, Parc, Anchor Bar, and Brisa Bar. We also have 220 Merrill and Rose Room in Birmingham. We are excited about the opportunity of you possibly joining our Iconic team.

Responsibilities

· Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons

· Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks

· Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations

· Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails

· Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age

· Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies

· Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience

· Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Skills

· Wine knowledge is required

· 2-3 years proven working experience as a bartender

· Must be able to work weekends and holidays if needed.

· Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks

· Positive attitude and excellent communication skills

· Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean

· ServSafe Food Handler certification required

· Mixology and menu creation experience required
