About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Market Lead for Workforce Engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading business development efforts, with a focus on identifying new opportunities and setting a compelling vision for clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the workforce/employee experience space, the ability to inspire clients, and a commitment to championing the client's needs. The VP will be expected to be a student of the business, demonstrating strong knowledge of client challenges and how the company's workforce engagement solutions can meet those needs. Additionally, the role involves leading RFP processes, contract negotiations, and partnering with marketing and inside sales for prospecting strategies.Applicants should have a minimum of 10 years of business development experience in the workforce/employee experience sector, including leadership roles, and a proven track record in a similar capacity. The role demands excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, as well as a solid working knowledge of strategic planning, execution, budgeting, and sales. The ideal candidate will be a role model for the sales process, exhibit strong leadership qualities, and maintain a real-time understanding of the competitive landscape. A Bachelor's degree and a background in the industry are required, and the candidate should be prepared to undergo a rigorous background check as part of the application process.
