A highly-respected commercial construction company is seeking a Project Manager to join their organization. This company develops a wide range of projects, typically in the $10M - $75M range. Project Manager Qualifications:
- Must have a proven work history working as a Project Manager with a Commercial General Contractor or a Developer Builder.
- 5 years experience managing commercial construction ground up projects at least $5M or larger from start to finish (renovation projects are okay, just not preferred)
- A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Building Science, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred. Applicants with relevant certifications or equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Practical experience in project management
- Excellent people skills
