They should be adept at creating a cohesive and compelling narrative that resonates with diverse audiences and be prepared to support the company's fundraising campaigns. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in communication management and a background in a related field, such as public relations, marketing, or journalism. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is typically required, with a Master's degree being a plus. The candidate should be a strategic thinker, an excellent communicator, and have experience in managing a team.
