This position will report to our young, fast-paced, and results-driven CEO of a 20-person firm that is continuing to grow—someone who strives for a high level of excellence and gets things done. Our expectations are high, and our culture is best in class. You will have ample support, coaching, and time to understand and master the required tasks.

Main Responsibilities:
· Take miscellaneous tasks off of our CEO’s list so he can focus on what he is best in
· Personal errands for the CEO
· Book travel arrangements
· Managing CEO’s calendar and email continuously throughout the day
· Maintaining financial books and records for the CEO and firm
