Duties:
- Train and then run a shift as a scheduler. Schedule union employees within contract guidelines.
- Communicate clearly with supervisors to manage day to day activities of employees
- Report labor hours to cost
- Work closely with union stewards to coordinate union activity on shift.
- Track Attendance / Issue attendance discipline.
- Track training of employees.
- Kronos experience a plus Need to know how to use excel, word, outlook
- Communication skills
- Great interpersonal skills Be able to maintain focus in an ever changing fast paced environment.
- Be able to handle multiple time-oriented tasks at a time
