Human Resources Generalist
The ideal candidate will work closely with management and employees, offering guidance, support, and solutions on HR-related matters.
Responsibilities
- Assist with payroll processing and generate related reports using ADP.
- Maintain employee records
- Ensure the consistent application and periodic updating of all company HR policies and employee handbooks.
- Oversee the recruiting and selection process for corporate, retail, and wholesale positions.
- Facilitate the onboarding process
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Strong understanding of human resources functions, recordkeeping, and reporting requirements.
- General knowledge of current employment and benefit laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, encompassing verbal, written, training, and presenting abilities.
- Capability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Prior experience with ADP Workforce Now is advantageous, though not mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources, payroll, or accounting.
- Prior experience in a retail or distribution environment preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
