Position Overview:
- While hotel experience would be great, it isn't necessary but the right attitude and demeanor is.
- This position is full time (40 hours a week) and would have 8 hour shifts
- Hotels are a true 24 hour a day, 365 days a year, Weekends and Holidays are mandatory
- This position will be responsible for arriving, departing and in-house guests as well as telephone inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information and guest concerns
- Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests
- Issues room key and gives directions
- Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel services; registration of guests; shopping, dining, entertainment and travel directions
- Keeps records of room availability and guests' accounts
