Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Manager to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will oversee the nursing staff, coordinate patient care, and ensure high-quality services are provided.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise nursing staff
• Delegate responsibilities to staff nurses
• Conduct physical examinations and diagnostic evaluations
• Utilize aseptic techniques during procedures
• Assist with implanting quality goals and facility specific action plans
• Assists physicians during examinations
• Observes patient progress

Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree preferred
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Clinical practice

Pay: $38.00 - $43.00 per hour
