A healthcare organization is seeking to hire an HR Generalist on a temp basis with possibility of extension. In this seat, you will be assisting with the administration of all benefits and Human Resource generalist tasks like interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding. Paylocity Experience is REQUIRED.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate daily benefits processing. Handle enrollments, COBRA, terminations, changes, beneficiaries, disability, accident and death claims, rollovers.
• Onboarding and offboarding responsibilities.
• Oversee maintenance of employee benefits files, maintain group benefits database and update employee payroll records.
• Gather employee data and oversee employee interactions.
• Employee relations, and ad-hoc projects as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Paylocity and Salesforce experience
• 3 Years of HR Generalist experience
• Onboarding and Offboarding Experience
