This customer service position is an exciting opportunity for those who want to use their Spanish communication skills. Daily, you will receive incoming phone calls and e-mails from both foreign and domestic clients and address any concerns in a professional manner. Duties will include processing orders, credits, and returns, as well as coordinating with various departments to resolve issues.
We are looking for energetic applicants who can read, write, and speak Spanish and English fluently. The ideal candidate has experience in CSR positions, but recent graduates are also welcome. This position is for someone willing to grow with our company and continue contributing long-term.
