Job Summary:
Trane Technologies is hiring a Controls Project Manager in Pine Brook, NJ. As a Controls Project Manager, you will be responsible for project financials, administration, implementation, management, and customer satisfaction for all assigned projects. The Controls PM leads the project team through all facets of the project and is the established point of contact for stakeholders. You will manage a portfolio of projects that could contain both smaller and larger multi- building or complex controls projects. The Controls Project Manager is knowledgeable on current job market and pricing strategies.
Please note: We are open to considering recent Engineering graduates or experienced Project Management professionals. This position is eligible for a Hybrid work schedule and will be based out of the Pine Brook, NJ location.

Base Compensation Range: $99,000 - $133,000 annually, plus incentive.
Total compensation for this role will include an incentive plan. This base pay range is based on US National Averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, or geographic location where the work is performed.
