Full-Time Medical Director

We are looking for a talented and experienced Veterinarian that is looking to take their career to the next level. The perfect candidate for our Medical Director position will feel confident making independent decisions, thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, and will be comfortable ensuring our medical standards and quality of care while leading and mentoring our veterinary team. This candidate understands that essential skills for working with our team and our clients are compassion, empathy, self-care, and employing healthy boundaries for themselves and their team.

Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate, individualized care to pets and clients with a focus on creating a positive experience for each animal.
• Diagnose and treat pets with illnesses and injuries.
• Administer core vaccinations and counsel clients in well pet care.
• Perform soft tissue surgery and dentistry.
• Contribute to making our workplace enjoyable for staff, clients, and pets.
• Lead and mentor our team of caring professionals in the Veterinary department.

Requirements:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree with 3 years of experience.
• Licensure in good standing in the state of Massachusetts or ability to get licensure in MA.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
