Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our facilities, equipment, and systems. This includes performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and making repairs as needed. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Duties:

• Clean areas daily, including high dusting, removing trash and recyclables, mopping floors, and vacuuming carpet areas.
• Report maintenance issues for broken and damaged items
• Monitor and report floor cleanliness and condition issues
• Maintain and stock public areas, restrooms, breakroom, and equipment
• Help maintain showroom cleanliness
• Clean resort windows
• Follow specific cleaning protocols for JM Pet Resort
• Maintain parking lot cleanliness and remove trash
• Work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
• Maintain outdoor and indoor plants and flowers
• Provide excellent customer service to clients
• Complete tasks efficiently with minimal supervision

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2 years of experience in maintenance, repair, or related field
• Facilities maintenance experience
• Experience with hand tools and power tools
• Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
• Electrical schematic reading skills
• Welding experience (optional)
• Familiarity with logic controllers
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficiency in English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
