Tasks : The Home Health Aide assists in providing nursing care per the care plan as in the following tasks : Supervise and Assist in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to include but not limited to : Bathing Dressing Grooming Toileting Encourages client in self-help or participation in activities to maintain independence.

Assists and encourages client to follow prescribed exercise program which may include range of motion (ROM) exercises, and walking.

Assists and guides client in transfer process from bed to chair, commode or other devices. Prepare Meals Maintains a clean, safe environment for client by performing household services such as : Cleaning and changing bed linens.
