About the Role

The Company is seeking a Director of Sales Strategy to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for spearheading initiatives that optimize sales processes, using data-driven insights to accelerate revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction. This role involves championing the development and implementation of sales enablement programs and tools, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with sales, product, and marketing strategies. The Director of Sales Strategy will also be tasked with analyzing the sales organization's efficiency, identifying and strategizing to close stagnating deals, and utilizing Salesforce data to enhance the sales cycle.Applicants for the Director of Sales Strategy position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' experience, with at least 5 years in sales, preferably within the SaaS SCRM space. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Salesforce, and a proven track record of developing and implementing successful SaaS sales enablement programs are essential. The role requires excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams. The ideal candidate will have a history of impacting sales and increasing revenue, experience in mentoring and coaching sales professionals, and a results-driven mindset focused on achieving measurable outcomes. A Bachelor’s degree is a minimum requirement, with a Master’s degree being preferred.
