The position is ideally based out of the corporate headquarters in Carson, CA. However, we are considering an executive residing within proximity to Ulta Beauty HQ.

SUMMARY:
Directs, manages, and drives activities for the Ulta Beauty Account, consistent with Dermalogica business philosophy and values. Manages strategic planning and tactical relationships within Ulta Beauty. Achieves sales goals and program execution by working effectively with management, marketing, finance, operations, customer service, and education resources. In partnership with the National Field Director, You will manage all aspects of strategic planning, marketing implementation and tactical execution with Ulta/Ulta.com by working effectively with teams throughout the Dermalogica and Ulta organizations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
BA/BS required with a minimum 7 years of progressive account sales management or marketing experience within the consumer goods, professional skin/hair (manufacturer or distributor) industries. Significant Ulta corporate headquarters executive management and retail management experience required.
