Spherion is Hiring an Office Assistant Near Bismarck, ND

Spherion Staffing has a full time Office Assistant position available. In this role you will be assisting with processing Payroll and performing many other miscellaneous duties relating to day-to-day operation of the office. Attention to detail is required as well as being able to receive customers in person or through phone call while keeping the pace.
Pay $18-24/hour DOE
Responsibilities:
-Greet and assist visitors
-Screen phone calls and route callers to the appropriate party
-Handle office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies
-Assist with payroll using Sage Accounting software and MJobTime
-Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
-Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

-High School Diploma or GED (Preference for a two year degree)
-Minimum of two years of work experience performing a variety of office support, clerical, or secretarial work
-Must be proficient with MS Suite
