JOB DESCRIPTION:
To provide a professional support system for the faculty and staff of Birmingham City Schools (BCS). To reduce problems in the work force in order to retain valued employees. To assist employees in resolving personal problems that inhibit the performance of work duties, and to offer assistance in restoring the employee to maximum level of productivity.

LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LMSW (Licensed Masters Social Worker), or LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker)
