We are looking for an entry-level Data Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a data coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting various departments by analyzing data, generating insights, and providing actionable recommendations. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and objectives.
- Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Perform data analysis using Excel and other analytical tools to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present findings and insights to stakeholders.
- Assist in the interpretation of data and the formulation of actionable recommendations to drive business decisions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates on performance metrics.
- Support ad-hoc analysis and special projects as assigned by the management team.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate and interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience with the ERP system Netsuite is a plus but not required.
- Passion for learning and a proactive attitude towards professional development.
