United Educators is Hiring a Remote Product Coordinator
UE provides liability insurance and risk management services to about 1,600 members representing K-12 schools, colleges, and universities throughout the United States. At the direction of the Director of Product Management, this position is responsible for the maintenance and organization of department systems, internal reports, operating manuals, and endorsement library. This individual will also work closely with the IT team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains Department systems and databases, to include endorsement library and reports
- Maintains and updates Product Manual as necessary
- Manages endorsement library, including monitoring end-to-end endorsement status
- Maintains and documents timeline of planned policy language changes and impacted forms
- Works with Product Market Analyst to organize and prepare reports for Director and Senior Leadership as well as outside brokers and members upon request
- Liaisons with other technical coordinators and operations focused roles in Resolutions, UEX, and IT for consistency in communication
- Participate in special projects and other duties as required
Requirements:
- Bachelors' degree
- Some insurance background and policy knowledge preferred
- Extensive use/skills with MS Word, Excel, Sharepoint, and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong acumen in reporting functions and attention to detail
