A prestigious law firm located in Bethesda, MD, is seeking a full-time experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join its dynamic commercial real estate practice group. The firm has a well-established presence in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, specializing in transactional real estate, business, tax, estate planning, and general litigation.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate various real estate transaction documents, including purchase agreements, loan documents, development agreements, and joint venture agreements.
• Review and analyze due diligence materials for diverse real estate transactions.
• Supervise the review of title and survey.
• Draft and review entity governing and authorization documents.
• Organize and coordinate closings.

Requirements:

• Active membership in the Maryland Bar (in good standing); membership in the Virginia and/or D.C. Bar is a plus.
• Juris Doctor degree.
• Minimum of five years of relevant commercial real estate experience.
• Excellent analytical and writing skills, with the ability to handle multiple transactions from start to finish.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively as needed.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• A portable book of Business is required
