Primary Roles And Responsibilities Include
- Set-up and calibrate the various pieces of equipment used to validate our products performance
- Test, tune, and troubleshoot a variety of microwave products to achieve customer and design specifications
- Record the test data, and sign documentation verifying that the unit is in compliance to the requirements.
- Identify manufacturing process and assembly details that affect performance of units.
- Support the company though participation in continuous improvement efforts
- May occasionally need to travel to work with products in the field or at a supplier
- US Person
- 3 years of experience in the RF Microwave or related industry
- Technical school or equivalent preferred
- Experience working with Vector Network Analyzers
- Familiarity with passive RF Microwave component functions and terminology
- Experience working with Military documentation.
- Demonstrate the ability to translate product knowledge into tuning techniques and approaches that have a positive impact on performance specifications while tuning and troubleshooting.
- Strong team contributor in a dynamic workflow environment with good time management skills
- Strong hand eye coordination to handle blade for trimming circuits.
- Proven ability to work under a microscope.
- Beneficial if they are J Std 001 solder certified.
