We are looking for a Full-Time Account Manager that brings to the team an Energetic personality, with a demonstrated ability to engage and communicate with customers in a service-oriented setting.

Responsibilities Include

  • Inside sales including lead qualification, price estimating, quote generation, program & service questions, and account setup
  • Customer Service tasks such as service questions and issues, maintaining up-to-date account information, and billing and payment processing
  • Coordination with field operations to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Identify and proactively look for solutions to correct customer concerns and issues
  • Develop new business with existing customers and/or identify areas of improvement on customer accounts
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy with customers
  • Assist with challenging customer requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • The ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • Strong technical expertise.
  • The ability to be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized with the ability to build relationships with our customers.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience operating and navigating CRM/ERP systems (Hubspot, Workwave preferred but not necessary).
