Job Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join Dynamic's team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.

Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of our company.

Key Responsibilities :

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Listen attentively to customer concerns and address them promptly and effectively.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or complaints, escalating to the appropriate department if necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries are resolved to their satisfaction.
• Adhere to call center policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of service.
