Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join Dynamic's team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  2. Provide information about our construction services including project details, and scheduling.
  3. Listen attentively to customer concerns and address them promptly and effectively.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or complaints, escalating to the appropriate department if necessary.
  5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our system.
  6. Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries are resolved to their satisfaction.
  7. Adhere to call center policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of service.
Section 3:
This position is a Section 3 eligible job opportunity under the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968. Section 3 residents are encouraged to apply. The purpose of Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968 is to ensure that preference for employment opportunities generated from the expenditure of HUD funds is directed to local low and very low-income persons, particularly those who receive federal housing assistance. All qualified applicants will be considered but may not necessarily receive an interview.
