Housekeeping Supervisor (Working) Condominium Building (Common areas)
Location : Aventura
Salary based job - Salario
Responsibilities :
- Working on assigned areas of the building.
- Supervise personnel according to contractual obligations.
- Work with C&E Operations Manager, also the Building Manager & Chief of Maintenance.
- Maintain a building in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.
- Maintain professionalism in a residential environment.
Requirements :
- Marble, carpet, and vinyl care experience.
- Expert janitorial services.
- Condominium building operation experience, customer service.
- Communication skills.
- U.S. Work authorization.
- Experience in supervising and managing multiple employees under your direct supervision.
Supervisor de Limpieza - Edificio de Condominio - Áreas Públicas
Responsabilidades :
- Trabajar áreas asignadas del edificio.
