About the Role

The Company is seeking a Regional Director for Product Integrity and Quality Assurance in Latin America. The successful candidate will be the guardian of the company's product quality, ensuring that the integrity of the product quality promise is maintained. This role is pivotal in upholding the core tenet of the company's value proposition to consumers, which is centered around premium products at a competitive price. The ideal candidate will be expected to challenge the status quo, bringing forth ideas, processes, solutions, and a tech perspective to deliver luxury-level quality that meets the consumer's expectations.Applicants must have a strong background in product quality, including experience in driving global quality programs for premium consumer products, particularly in the apparel and home goods sectors. Expertise in AQL, Lean, Six Sigma quality management, and a consumer-oriented view of quality are essential. The role also requires a strategic and analytical mindset, with a proven track record of creating and implementing strategies that drive impact, such as improving quality and reducing returns. The candidate should be capable of influencing high-performing global teams, be continuously focused on personal and team growth, and have a foundation in analytics or a degree in an analytical/quant-based field. Cultural fit is important, with an emphasis on a consumer-first orientation, impact-focused work, and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred, and experience working with factories in Latin America is a significant advantage.
