About the Role

The Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for conducting comprehensive landscaping quality audits for all properties under Sunscape Landscaping's care. This individual will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellence by consistently assessing and monitoring the quality of our landscaping services. The QA Analyst will report directly to the CEO and will be expected to provide daily quality audit reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of all properties serviced by Sunscape Landscaping.
• Evaluate the quality of landscape maintenance including but not limited to turf care, plant and tree health, irrigation systems, and overall aesthetics.
• Document findings accurately and thoroughly using standardized quality audit processes and procedures.
• Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to enhance landscaping service quality.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations.
• Collaborate with frontline staff and managers to address any quality issues promptly.
• Maintain organized records of inspection reports and documentation.
• Communicate effectively and daily with the CEO and other managers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in landscaping or related field preferred, but not necessary.
• Keen eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Ability to maintain consistency in ratings and reviews.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in using digital tools for documentation and reporting.
