The Contract Specialist will assist the Marshals Service’s (USMS’s) Office of Procurement with various contract types of Government contracts.
Must be a Citizen.
Must undergo a Background Investigation (BI)
Responsibilities :
- Conduct contract reviews, assist in cradle-to-grave operations, call order modifications, and close-outs
- Will be required to input contracts, task orders, and purchase orders into the Unified Financial Management System (UFMS)
- Assist Government contracting officers with large and small purchase contract actions
- Review solicitation packages for completeness
- Advise and provide program offices with examples of documents to be contained in a solicitation package
