Service Advisor Responsibilities:

• Greeting our customers in a friendly manor.
• Communicate well with customers, explaining options and conveying messages to the technician and a proper diagnose can be performed on the vehicle.
• Inform customers of all available service specials, completion times, service expenses, and if necessary recalls.
• Follow up on progress of repair by contacting customers by phone or e-mail.
• Making sure all customer's concerns were addressed upon pick up.
• General knowledge of vehicle repairs.

Job Duties:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all automotive service and repair matters.
• Prioritize required services, and offer options
• Set and manage the expectations of the service delivery for the customers.
• Continuously keep the customer updated on repair needs and completion times.
