As a Front Desk - Patient Services Representative, you arrive each day ready to open the office of our medical center and ensure its smooth running.
With a warm and friendly demeanor, you greet patients as you check them in and out. You also help them with scheduling and rescheduling appointments as needed.
With great attention to detail, you handle EHRs (electronic health records) and keep things updated. Our office is always well organized with you on the job.
You love keeping busy, having a stable schedule, and being a ray of sunshine for our medical center patients!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FRONT DESK - PATIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE
A college education is preferred but not required. Are you organized with an eye for details? Do you have a positive attitude?
Are you a strong and clear communicator? If yes, you might just be perfect for this entry-level position!
WORK SCHEDULE
This full-time position typically works Monday - Friday from 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm . No weekends and no holidays!
