Dynamic Sealing Technologies, Inc. (DSTI) of Andover, MN is looking to hire a full-time Sales Engineer. As a Sales Engineer for DSTI, the expectation will be to grow the business through leveraging incoming leads, strategically developing partnerships in new and existing accounts, and supporting customer growth opportunities. A primary focus will be balancing the relationship between DSTI and the customer while clearly communicating the requirements and expectations between the two organizations.
About DSTI
We are a locally owned global manufacturing company that designs and produces high-performance custom fluid sealing solutions for a variety of industries including medical, aerospace, oil and gas, food packaging, and alternative energy. We take pride in our clean and modern state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. This position offers the opportunity to travel (domestically and abroad) on occasion. However, the majority of the time will be spent in our Andover, MN location.

Flexible Work Schedule
The typical schedule would be Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with flexibility. Please be aware that Sales Engineers work from our Andover, MN office. To help balance work and personal needs we allow occasional remote work, but this is not a full-time remote position. Please only apply if you are willing to work from our corporate headquarters in Andover, Minnesota.
