Trinity Preschool Alexandria is Hiring a Preschool Assistant Teacher (part time) Near Alexandria, VA
Trinity Preschool is seeking dependable and enthusiastic assistant teachers in our 2's program for the 2024-2025 school year. Experience working with preschool age children in a classroom setting is preferred, as well as knowledge and understanding of a play-based curriculum. We are a half day program, a mission of Trinity United Methodist Church, and teach children ages 2-5. This part-time salaried position includes personal and holiday pay. There are also opportunities to pick up extra hours in our extended care programs before and after school. Trinity Preschool operates on a ten month calendar from September through June. CPR/FA certification is preferred and candidates must be willing to undergo a background check with fingerprints.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 20 per week
